How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.
UK: Please allow 5-7 working days from the date of your order to be dispatched. (£3.95)
Europe: Please allow 7-10 working days from the date of your order to be dispatched. (£13.95)
Rest of the world: Please allow 7-10 working days from the date of your order to be dispatched. (£27.95)

Refunds will be given up to 7 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.
Please contact us within 7 calendar days of your parcel being delivered. If we don’t hear from you within this window, we’ll assume everything is fine with your order. Any order, delivery or item issues must be reported within these 7 calendar days of receipt. After that, we might not be able to assist with any problems.
