Refund policy

At Urfinest, we take pride in the quality of our garments and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds under the following circumstances:
  1. You received the wrong size (different from what you ordered)
  2. You received the wrong item (completely different from the item ordered)
  3. The item arrived damaged or defective — photo evidence must be provided
If any of the above apply, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if 7 days have passed since the delivery date.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for the following:
  • Items ordered in the wrong size by the customer
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Sale items (final sale — no returns or refunds)
  • Returns requested after 7 days of receipt
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or used
  • Returns sent without prior approval
Please use our size chart to ensure correct sizing before placing your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return in eligible cases, your item must be:
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
All accepted returns are subject to a restocking fee of £15 / €20, which will be deducted from your refund.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at sales@urfinest.com with:
  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • For damaged or incorrect items: high-resolution photos of the item and packaging
Do not send your item back without receiving a return confirmation from our team. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Returns must be sent to our global suppliers — please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for incorrect sizes sent by us. If you ordered the wrong size, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund — a new order must be placed.
Refund Processing
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved:
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
  • The original shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
